  • 4+ years in compliance, field support management, or quality assurance

  • Ability to build professional, accountable supply chain relationships

The Service Technician performs on-site maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs at client facilities. You’ll be the hands-on problem solver, ensuring safety, reliability, and client satisfaction with every visit.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years in building maintenance, electrical, HVAC, or related field
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

The Compliance & Safety Manager ensures HMCB and its clients meet all regulatory, safety, HSSE, and industry requirements. You’ll conduct audits, maintain records, and help build a culture of compliance across teams and technicians.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in compliance, EH&S, or risk management
  • Familiarity with OSHA and industry regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
  • Ability to train and coach staff on compliance practices

The Client Services Coordinator is the central hub of our operations, managing service requests, scheduling technicians, and tracking work orders. You’ll ensure that client needs are handled quickly and accurately while maintaining clear communication and thorough documentation.

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or facilities coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability

Strategy & Enterprise Enablement

The Director of Performance & Enterprise Enablement ensures that strategic priorities translate into measurable results for clients and the business. This role is responsible for building the systems, frameworks, and programs that drive operational excellence, elevate client outcomes, and enable leaders to deliver sustained value. Acting as both strategist and performance driver, the director aligns enterprise initiatives with client expectations, ensuring every engagement produces tangible impact.

By leading cross-functional teams and embedding performance metrics into enterprise programs, the director enhances accountability, efficiency, and innovation. The role also serves as a trusted partner to client executives, helping them unlock organizational capabilities, strengthen service delivery, and achieve long-term growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in performance management, enterprise programs, or client-facing strategy roles.
  • Proven track record of enabling organizations to achieve measurable performance improvements.
  • Strong background in KPI development, change management, and program execution.
  • Excellent communication and executive influencing skills, with comfort presenting to clients and senior leadership.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational discipline in fast-paced, client-driven environments.

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will play a key role in growing HMCB’s client base by identifying new business verticals, opportunities, cultivating meaningful relationships, and driving partnership strategies from prospecting to close.

This role requires a balance of relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and execution to expand HMCB’s footprint in the marketplace.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client relations (B2B/real estate/facilities a plus).
  • Proven ability to build strong professional relationships and close opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

The Director of Workplace Experience & Facilities is responsible for executing client initiatives for environments that enhance productivity, safety, and satisfaction that delivers on their facility goals. This role blends strategic facilities management with workplace experience design, ensuring that physical spaces reflect their values, support business objectives, and deliver exceptional client service.

The director will lead cross-functional teams, oversee vendor and partner relationships, and implement initiatives that drive innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency across the facilities portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities management, workplace strategy, or operations.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-site facilities or complex client portfolios.
  • Strong background in workplace experience programs, sustainability initiatives, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
