The Facilities Coordinator is the central hub of our operations, managing service requests, scheduling vendors, and tracking work orders. You’ll ensure that client needs are handled quickly and accurately while maintaining clear communication and thorough documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of experience in administrative or facilities coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Field Technician – Facilities Maintenance

The Field Technician performs on-site maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs at client facilities. You’ll be the hands-on problem solver, ensuring safety, reliability, and client satisfaction with every visit.

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years in building maintenance, electrical, HVAC, or related field
Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities
Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards
Ability to travel between client sites as needed

Project Manager – Facilities Services

The Project Manager oversees client projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges before they become roadblocks.

Qualifications & Skills:

3–5 years of project management experience (facilities or construction preferred)
Strong budgeting and scheduling skills
Proven track record of leading teams and contractors
PMP or similar certification a plus

Client Services & Compliance

Account Manager – Client Services

The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for HMCB clients, ensuring expectations are met and relationships are strengthened. You’ll identify opportunities to add value, resolve issues, and champion client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years in account management, client services, or facilities industry
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to balance client advocacy with operational priorities
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

Service Compliance Manager

The Service Compliance Manager ensures HMCB’s service partners meet regulatory, safety, and performance standards. From onboarding vendors to conducting audits and negotiating agreements, this role protects HMCB’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

4+ years in compliance, vendor management, or quality assurance
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Ability to build professional, accountable vendor relationships

Compliance & Safety Coordinator

The Compliance & Safety Coordinator ensures HMCB and its clients meet all regulatory, safety, and industry requirements. You’ll conduct audits, maintain records, and help build a culture of compliance across teams and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of experience in compliance, EH&S, or risk management
Familiarity with OSHA and industry regulations
Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
Ability to train and coach staff on compliance practices

Leadership & Enterprise Growth

Director of Special Projects

The Director of Special Projects will oversee high-impact initiatives across HMCB, driving innovation and delivering solutions that extend beyond day-to-day operations.

You’ll be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional projects, from facility upgrades to strategic client initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.

This role requires vision, adaptability, and the ability to turn ideas into actionable results.

Qualifications & Skills:

8+ years of experience in project management, facilities services, or operations leadership
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on large-scale or specialized initiatives
Strong skills in budgeting, contract management, and stakeholder communication
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute complex plans under tight timelines
PMP or similar project management certification preferred

Strategic Partnerships Manager

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a key role in growing HMCB’s client base by identifying new business verticals, opportunities, cultivating meaningful relationships, and driving partnership strategies from prospecting to close.

This role requires a balance of relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and execution to expand HMCB’s footprint in the marketplace.

Qualifications & Skills:

2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client relations (B2B/real estate/facilities a plus).
Proven ability to build strong professional relationships and close opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
